Details
The BIRDS-RPM project is a 3U CubeSat mission developed at the Kyushu Institute of Technology (Kyutech). The project is part of the BIRDS program and is being developed with multiple collaborations. The main objectives of the project are capacity building on satellite development and demonstration of new technologies. The collaborating parties in this project are Rwanda Space Agency, Paraguay Space Agency, Technical University of Moldova, and ASPINA Co., LTD (Shinano Kenshi). The BIRDS-RPM Satellite hosts seven payloads, which include the following: APRS mission, camera mission, Radiation sensor module, New UHF transceiver, and other missions. In this presentation, the speaker will present an overview of the BIRDS-RPM project system architecture and its current development status.
